This smoked salmon dip is not only surprisingly easy to make, but it’s packed with tons of protein and omega-3 fatty acids, making it the perfect deliciously healthy snack!
When eating the same plain food gets a little boring, experimenting helps me stay on track. This time, I decided to experiment with smoked salmon, and, I must say, it was a success!
With just 4 ingredients, this dip basically has the same macros as smoked salmon on its own – except with a little extra protein from the Greek yogurt! And we all know we need that protein, right…?
This dip is also the perfect snack for your guests. Not only will they be stunned with your culinary skills, but they’ll also be asking for the recipe! 🙂
So give it a go – you won’t be disappointed!

¾ cup ( about 3.5 oz; 100 g) smoked salmon
¼ heaping cup (about 2.5 oz; 70 g) Greek yogurt
¼ cup (about 1 oz; 30 g) red onion
2 tbsp (about 0.2 oz; 5 g) fresh dill
Instructions:
Toss all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until salmon is chopped and all ingredients are combined.

This smoked salmon dip goes amazing with crackers or fresh veggies!
