[picture of leafy green salad with blue cheese & walnuts]If you’re a fan of blue cheese, you came to the right place because this salad recipe is going to blow your mind!

With the perfect combination of crunchy walnuts, flavorful blue cheese, mildly sweet red onion, and a tangy lemon dijon dressing – your taste buds will be in heaven when eating this… Trust.

Plus, it’s super easy to make and doesn’t require many ingredients. In fact, you probably won’t even have to run to the store (well, except for the blue cheese maybe – but if you’re a true fan – you’ll have it lying around, right?!).

Feel free to use any of your favorite salad greens for this recipe – I used rucola and organic green leaf lettuce from my garden!

Now, let’s get down to the salad recipe, shall we? 🙂
