With just a few tasty ingredients, this simple tea takes care of you from the inside!

Let me break it down for you ingredient by ingredient…

LEMON. As most of you probably know, lemons are a great source of Vitamin C which is one of the most ‘important antioxidants in nature’. But did you know that they have a loooooot of more benefits too? They aid in digestion, support weight loss, help balance your body’s pH, have anti-inflammatory effects, help shed unwanted toxins – the list goes on… Basically, lemons are a natural detoxifier.

GINGER. Oh, the all mighty ginger… Here we go – ginger has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, it can help prevent various types of nausea, it helps with indigestion as well as eases gas and bloating, it boosts your immune system, and sooo much more.

Now put these two amazing ingredients together and you’ve got yourself one hell of a healing tea – and a tasty one too!

If you like your tea sweeter, you can also add a spoon of honey, which also has various health benefits such as antioxidant and antibacterial properties. But don’t overdo it, honey may have health benefits but it’s still full of sugar!

Also, this lemon ginger detox tea is great for cold and flu relief as it really boosts your immune system!

Happy detoxing! 🙂
