The reason why you should swap processed foods with whole foods is that processed foods have tons of hidden sugar and calories and will surely slow down or completely stop your weight loss journey!
This may be a drastic change for some of you. A lot of people these days can’t imagine their lives without sugar because of how addictive it may be.
But during your diet, you really should TEMPORARILY avoid consuming sugary products. Sugar is the main reason why people become overweight and can’t control themselves during their diet.
It can be difficult, but something that really helped me was having some fruits in the morning. Then you don’t crave as much sugar later in the day and it’s easier to resist it!
3.Avoid carbs in the evening
I know how convenient and delicious carbs can be! And they’re also a very important part of your weight loss diet as they give you the energy you need.
But you should only have carbs in the morning and the first part of the day. When you have carbs in the evening, you don’t use up all of the energy it gives you which results in fat gain.
Instead, have meals full of protein and fat (non-saturated). For example, you can have meat, eggs, nuts, yogurt, etc. These foods will keep you full and won’t result in unnecessary fat gain!
Going to the gym and exercising is definitely not for everyone. Personally, when I first started out with weight loss I felt super uncomfortable at the gym. All those weird looks making me feel like I don’t belong there.
Many people assume that you have to work out regularly if you want to lose weight. But that is a completely false assumption!
You do need to stay active. But by that, I mean going for walks regularly and just moving around as much as possible. This is one of the very effective easy ways to lose weight.

You may be wondering how sleep has anything to do with weight loss. Well, it actually has A LOT to do with weight loss.
When you get enough sleep, you help maintain a stable metabolism, you keep your energy levels balanced and even help maintain your motivation towards weight loss! So sleep is one of the easy ways to lose weight, unfortunately, overlooked by many!
Many people nowadays don’t sleep enough and don’t think it’s a big deal. But you really should try your best to keep a stable sleeping schedule. You’ll see how much better you’ll start to feel and how faster you will lose those pounds!
7.Don’t drink your calories
You may think that orange juice or apple juice is good for you. Well, occasionally, some natural fruit juice is good for you.
But these juices are actually almost pure sugar and calories and you don’t even feel full from them! And during weight loss, definitely, avoid them! Same goes with sugared coffee, soda, etc.
