After you identify the products high in sugar, replace them with products that are either low in sugar or completely sugar-free (and yes, fruits are full of sugar).
Start eating less processed foods and more vegetables and fiber-rich products. Trust me, this will improve your body composition drastically and lead to fat loss.
2. Lift Weights
Lifting weights will help you burn more calories and keep muscle mass while losing fat at the same time. Not to mention, unlike doing cardio, weight lifting continues to burn calories AFTER your workout. Plus, it has a bunch of health benefits too such as:
- Improved muscle tone and strength helps protect your joints from injury;
- Improves posture, mobility, and balance;
- Decreases risk of injury;
- Increases bone density that prevents you from osteoporosis;
