Weight loss is a mental game and the biggest part of weight loss happens in your mind. So if you are ready – make yourself a promise and don’t look back.

I’m sure lots of you are thinking that you need to exercise a lot if you want to lose weight. Well, let us tell you – don’t waste your time doing thousands of crunches at the gym.
For successful weight loss results, you have to focus on your diet, not jogging and crunches. Now don’t get us wrong, working out is great, but…
80-90% of your weight loss results depend solely on your diet, while the remaining 10-20% depend on how active you are.

You must move more than you did before. Go for a walk every day, use the stairs instead of the elevator, park your car a little further from the entrance and so on. Your daily activity is very important for your: A – overall health and B – weight loss.
The human body was made to move, but nowadays everything is changing. And not in a good way. We spend the whole day sitting at our desks, we drive instead of walk, we use elevators instead of the stairs and this is the root of many health problems. If you are quite active during the day – good, keep it up, but if not – get up on your feet and go for a walk!
And remember, there’s always room for improvement, so even if you feel like you’re already quite active, think about how you could be even more active. Join a gym, go to yoga class, start swimming, ride your bike – just find what fits you best!

If you drank 1 liter of water every day for a whole week – drink 2 liters next week. Challenge yourself, get out of your comfort zone. You can start from 4 days of dieting and 3 ‘cheat days’, but make your way up to 6 days in a month or just a few.
Start from walking half a mile every day, but make it 2 miles/day in a month. You get the picture! Find your weak spots and make them your strong spots! Always improve – be better than you were yesterday!
6. Less Dreaming – More Doing
