This is where everything starts. Enough making excuses and saying “maybe tomorrow”. It’s time to finally pick yourself up and make a strong decision.
Just get over that emotional barrier that keeps saying you can’t and start to believe you CAN. Because when you set your mind on a certain goal, you can reach it super fast and easily!
Once I made the decision that I would start losing weight TODAY and not tomorrow, my journey began. And it was the smartest decision I’ve ever made because it lead me to be the emotionally and physically healthy person I am today.
2.Eat whole foods
I know what you’re thinking: “but whole foods are super expensive and taste like cardboard!” Well, you can relax because that’s far from the truth!
Whole foods are simply foods such as grains, meat, yogurt (natural), fruits, vegetables… well, you get the picture.
These products I mentioned actually taste pretty good, are far from expensive, and will definitely get your weight loss going!
The reason why you should avoid processed food products during your diet is that you never know what exactly you’re eating.
Let’s take yogurt as an example. Most non-plain yogurts on the market contain tons of hidden sugar and calories. And most of them are advertised as healthy and great for weight loss!
So whole foods are the only foods that are truly healthy and non-deceiving!
Exercising and going to the gym can be very hard emotionally. Personally, the reason it took me so long to start losing weight was that I was too ashamed to go to the gym with all of those sporty and fit people.
But don’t worry! Going to the gym and working out is not what I mean by saying be active! You can surely reach amazing weight loss results without intense training.
But still, it’s extremely important to move as much as possible, especially while losing weight. Just try going for walks more often. Whenever you have free time, avoid sitting on the couch. Go outside for a stroll in some fresh air!
It’s really simple. You just need to set yourself straight and set some clear goals. And you’ll see, once you start being as active as possible, not only will you boost your weight loss, you will physically feel much better!
4.Set goals and make a plan
Precise goals and a plan are one of the most important parts of successful weight loss. If you have a plan, you will know exactly what to eat, when to eat it and how much to eat it.
If you don’t have a plan, you’re much more likely to slip, give up and fail in losing weight.
